GiveAway Time...times three!

I'm still blown away that people actually take the time to read my blabbering and look at my projects. Seriously. One of the reasons I started blogging was that I was sure my message board friends were bored to death with me and my never-ending string of projects. So I figured I'd go off to some quiet corner of the internet and play quietly. Not bothering anyone. It amazes me that so many stop by on purpose! And so I'd like to offer another Thank you! for your friendship in the form of a giveaway.

If you've been reading here any length of time I'm sure you've noticed I usually have multiple projects going simultaneously. This is especially true when I have something in the works that it's a bit of a stretch for me. Like now. Often these little, easy-peasy projects are a sort of palate cleanser for me. Relaxing and soothing, they leave me mentally refreshed enough to deal with the projects that are mentally taxing.

Recently I've been on a roll with crocheting dishcloths. I'll have three separate packages to send off to three different people. And each will include:

*One crocheted washcloth

*Some lovely handmade soaps (not made by me...I'm still too afraid of lye!)

*A pair of earrings

*A crafty book from my stash, which desperately needs culling.

All you need to do to have your name added to the hat is reply to this thread. When replying, please mention where your crafty interests lie currently, so I can pick a book you'll hopefully enjoy! And if you have a color preference for earrings, mention that too!

I'll draw three names next Friday, July 20th!

Thank you, all, for stopping by!!

Oh my gosh that christening gown is gorgeous. It's amazing isn't it how many people read our blogs...... So here's my preference, red work and quilting.

I love your blog!! Add me to the contest, I love handmade dishcloths!!! Oh yeah, I've been trying to come up with a giveaway at my blog but my son has decided that sleep is optional so I barely get anything done!!

Don't be afraid of making soaps with lye, as long as you follow the safety precautions.
Trust me, (someone who you've never met!) I was scared of the lye beast when I first started, but it's ok. Honest!
If you have any questions about it, feel free to ask me.

Oh, I'd love to win!! My preferred colors are green and purple and I love all things quilty. :)

I'm not scared of lye (lots of vinegar on hand!) but the cost of all the oils, scents, hand blender... yeah. Not to mention being tight on kitchen space. It's on my someday list! :)

I love reading your crafty adventures! I live vicariously through you!
My interests currently lie in quick knitting (dish clothes) or sewing things (I made curtains the other day!).
I am working on a schedule to allow me an hour of crafty time daily, now if I can just get organized enough to follow through!

D~ I wanna join in!!! Lets see, colors purple or pink or green, or combos of that. ;)

Crafty books.....clothes sewing! ;)

Speaking of.....made the skirt today, didn't work out too well. I think I will visit my mothers serger and fix it. ROFL. I think adding 4 inches to the waist measurment was too much, and the length I made the bottom was wayyyyyyyyy too much. I just wanted to use all the fabric I had. LOL So soon I will share pics.

I'm one of the ones happy that you decided to play quietly in your corner of the internet - you have made many of us richer by that "playing". Your embroidery is absolutely beautiful, and it's neat that you do so many other things as well.
I'd love to be in the drawing - I like red and sparkly and stitchery and quilting and playing with stuff.
Have a great week!

I love your blog and so glad you decided to start one. I visit often and look forward to seeing what you are working on. I love the dishcloths, thanks for the instructions and I'd love to join in your drawing. I love to do everything crocheting, sewing and goofing off. My favorite colors are purple, blue and white. I know white really isn't a color but I'm redoing my extra bedroom with vintage furniture all painted white.

Wow Dannielle! You are so generous! Thank you also for your free tutorials-I am going to tackle strawberries and skirts one day. I sew at the moment, but want to learn to embroider and knit, or crochet(not sure what the diff. is). Also, I love, love, love chocolate brown. Thank you for including me, Elise

Your embroidery work is beautiful!! Can I "play" too? I think you recognize my name. I never commented on your blog, before, but have you on my "list". As far as crafts go, I would have to say, anything with a hot glue gun....lol. I am not talented at all!
